In my third article on Linkedin I try to describe how the theories on Optimal Performance and the Japanese Yaruzo Call (I will do it!) supports and creates a kind of Nemawashi. The idea is that only when we are moved out of our comfort zone do we perform optimally. And this is exactly the aim for the Yaruzo Call - to push you out of your comfort zone. And when everyone is yelling "I can do it" and they mean it this creates a collective wish for change and thus it can be argued that it creates Nemawashi.
