In this case study I wrote for Learnfast.ca I go through the overall TPM theory and I go into some detail around how I used TPM (actually it was Equipment Kaizen) in a Kaizen Event and how you can structure a TPM event like that - and still get some quite good results (OEE went from 47% to 70%). Read it and hopefully get inspired by it.
