What is Kaizen and why should I care?

I have written an article on the web site “Know Industrial Engineering“. It is the first article in my serie about Kaizen. I talk about how the concept of Kaizen to some

extent has been misunderstood. And that Kaizen is not only continuous improvement but also a promise to ourselves about seeing the improvement through till the end. It really is more a way of living and could perhaps even be described as a philosophy.
